Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning appointment in order to reschedule. If a cancellation is not made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, the deposit for that scheduled appointment will not be refunded and can not be applied to a rescheduled appointment. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
